When purchasing at For Real Studios you automatically accept the terms and conditions specified below. Therefore, it’s recommended that you read the terms carefully before purchasing.

S H I P P I N G   P O L I C Y

Please note that VAT (Value Added Tax) is not included in shipping rates. 
For countries outside US and Canada, your order may be subject to import duties, fees, and taxes. We are not responsible for these charges. The customer is responsible to pay it off once the package reached its destination.

R E T U R N S

You have 14 days after that you have received your parcel to regret your order. This means that within those 14 days you are able to return your unused and unharmed product. You as a customer need to pay for the return shipping and are responsible for the product to arrive unharmed. Repayment according to the payment method. 

Commissoned pieces can not be returned.

Digital downloads can not be returned.

D A M A G E D   G O O D S

If any damage would appear these shall be documented and reported back to us on forreal.studioscc@gmail.com within 3 days from when you received your parcel. You then need to return the product back to us according to the instruction by mail and a new product will be sent to you. 

U N C O L L E C T E D   M A I L

If you do not collect your parcel in time, whereupon the parcel gets returned. You will be charged a fee of $100 to cover shipping and administration costs.

 

G U A R A N T E E

We cannot give guarantee for smaller deviations when it comes to size, color, print or smaller adjustments. The colors on your screen do not guarantee the exact color reproduction as in reality. Inspirational photos might not always show the true size or color.
